TBX gives every student their own real-world aviation maintenance environment — and gives you full visibility into their work.
TBX isn't a simulation — it's real aviation software, licensed for the classroom.

Students research, interpret, and document compliance — not just read about it.
Students receive, complete, and close out work orders exactly as a working technician would.
Real logbook entries and sign-offs, building the documentation habits FAA compliance demands.
Assign work, track progress, and leave feedback — all from one dashboard.
See every student's progress, what's done, and what's pending.
Push work orders, compliance checks, and logbook assignments directly to students.
Review work and leave notes in the platform. No separate gradebook needed.
Get your annual school license for $999, then add student logins for just $10 each, with secure access for every student and free, unlimited support for instructors.
Request DemoAt this time, no, we do not offer specific curriculum outlines. We leave it up to the instructors to use TBX as they see fit in their classroom. We would love feedback on ideas for templates that could possibly added in the future if the demand increases.
Everything instructors and students see in TBX is exactly the same as our mechanic and IA customers get. Yes, instructors and students are seeing live daily updates to the program as if they were regular subscribers.
We currently do not have an export of student data option in the program and we can add this feature in the future as it has been requested. In the mean-time, all reports, work orders, documents, etc that the student creates in TBX can be downloaded from the program into a folder on their computer for saving.
No, when purchasing a $10/year student license, you are paying for the "seat", so as cohorts change out, you can remove previous students and add new students within the same year.
